We hired Alex and his crew to build a retaining wall behind our cabin to prevent erosion. We didn’t get a retaining wall - we got a work of art! He was meticulous in the rock placement, in the shapes he used, and the requested pops of color. He did an outstanding job, and it totally changes the character of that hillside. He also made a fire pit for us which is incredibly artistic. He thought long and hard about the design and seamlessly integrated it into the surrounding topography. He is professional, a hard worker and we would highly recommend him for any projects you are considering.

Alex created a beautiful walkway in our garden around the pool complete with steps going up to a small gym and yoga studio. He united those spaces in a very harmonious, beautiful and practical way. He was meticulous, aimed to satisfy our desires and accommodate to our budget. Now that area is so much more pleasing that it has inspired us to improve our garden plantings.

In Smartsville we have A LOT of rocks and have attempted to use them over the years to build little walls and to line our trails. But when we hired Walls of Rock to build a retaining wall with our native rocks we ended up with a work of art! The difficult work was skillfully performed and the awesome result enhances the area next to our house. We now have a large terrace to erect our new storage building and shop.
